Grilled Coho Salmon

  1. Marinate fresh salmon for 20 min. in mixture of 1/3 Apricot Preserves, 1-1/2 tsp of cider vinegar, a little bit of vegetable oil & 2+ tsp of Koop’s White Horseradish. Have leftover mixture to baste while grilling.
